Since joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Canada, in 2013, Kerri-Ann and her clients have had great success through the unparalleled service and market knowledge that comes with being part of this global network. In 2020 Kerri-Ann expanded her service field and joined the Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors (SGBAR). This additional affiliation has been a benefit to her clients' needs. Having access to both the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) & SGBAR gives her an increased competitive edge. She can market to most of Southern Ontario. More and more people are relocating or buying a second home in Collingwood & The Blue Mountains areas. She knew that to give them the highest level of service, she would need to access both boards. She has had great success in both regions and looks forward to servicing more clients' in the area.
